SHIPPING AND RETURNS - Canada
Free shipping and returns with purchases of $200 and more within Canada only.
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days following the date of your purchase.
Orders from abroad (outside Canada and the United States)

The cost of shipping is the customer's responsibility and can be selected according to their carrier preferences.
Upon receipt of your order, there may be customs fees and/or taxes if they have not been paid beforehand, so please inform yourself about the taxes and customs in effect in your country.
We do not refund taxes or customs fees.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our return policy is 30 days for exchanges and 15 days for refunds. If more than 30 days for exchanges or 15 days for refunds have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items are also eligible for refunds and exchanges.

They will be able to print your return label and send it back to us directly.
If you have difficulty obtaining your return label, you can send us an email at: capitaine@capitainedabord.com to request a return label (it will be sent to you by email).

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you ship an item worth more than $100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Postage fees are non-refundable
It may take some time before a refund is shown.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If the size of your item does not suit you, we can exchange it for you.
If you are interested in another item, we can exchange it for that one without problem.
