The story of 34 Heritage

In 1952, Sait Akarlilar, then 12 years old, began an apprenticeship in a garnet shop in Istanbul, Turkey. The shop was located at number 34, in the alleys of the old town. Seven years later, he became the owner. Since then, the number 34 has brought him luck. Driven by a passion for quality and with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing high-end denim for major industry names, Sait aims to create jeans combining European craftsmanship with Istanbul's urban style. 34 Heritage was not built in a day. It took years of hard work and dedication.

Founded in 2011, 34 Heritage has become the denim brand of choice for the discerning man. Sait Akarlilar, creator of 34 Heritage, has over thirty years of experience designing high-end denim products for major fashion houses. He is also the founder of Mavi Jeans. Drawing on the expertise gained in these companies and combining traditional European craftsmanship with contemporary design, he created a denim line for adults.

The 34 Heritage bidirectional stretch system is integrated into the denim so the fabric follows the body's movements. The jeans stretch when you bend and tighten when you stand up. Made from a blend of soft ring-spun cotton and featuring this stretch technology, these pants offer precise comfort from day one.
